These terms define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints for digital products (subscriptions and usage credits) offered on this website. The barbaglow.barbasolution.com website can be used for your private or business use under the following terms and rules.

The merchant is “BARBADOS” d.o.o. Sarajevo, KSC Jošanička br. 33, and the customer is the visitor of this website who completes an electronic order of digital products, sends it to the merchant, and makes payment by credit card.

ORDERING

The customer orders digital products (subscriptions or credits) via an electronic order form on the dashboard.

A customer is any person who electronically orders a digital product, fills in the required information, and submits the order.

All prices are expressed in Convertible marks (BAM), including VAT.

The services are considered ordered at the moment the customer selects and confirms the payment method.

PAYMENT

Ordered products or services are paid online by one of the supported credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.

DELIVERY

Since the subject of sale is a digital service, once the payment is successfully recorded, the purchased subscription tier or credits will be instantly credited to the customer’s user account, and the customer will be notified of the transaction details by email.

If the customer does not see the updated account limits or receive the confirmation of a successful purchase within the expected time, the customer has the right to notify the seller so that corrective actions can be taken to resolve the issue.

COMPLAINTS

The merchant undertakes to deliver digital services that are technically correct and correspond to the description listed on barbaglow.barbasolution.com.

If the customer is unable to access the digital service due to technical problems caused on the merchant’s server, the merchant undertakes to rectify the access or provide a manual activation at no additional cost to the customer.

If technical problems on the merchant’s server persist, the customer must contact the sales department, which will offer an appropriate solution. In this situation, the customer is not entitled to an automatic refund unless the service remains unavailable for more than 48 hours.

If the customer cannot access the service due to technical problems not related to the merchant—being caused by the customer’s local site configuration, hosting provider, or third-party conflicts—the merchant bears no responsibility and is not obliged to offer a refund.

GENERAL

“BARBADOS” d.o.o. Sarajevo reserves the right to amend these terms and rules. All changes will apply to the use of barbaglow.barbasolution.com.

The services provided by the online store do not include costs you incur by using computer equipment and services to access our pages. “BARBADOS” d.o.o. Sarajevo is not responsible for ISP costs or any other connection fees.
